We'll be walking shoulder to shoulder with you, helping you make smart decisions and teaching you all that we know.

Quality over quantity: Due to its nature, this recurrent online course is open to a limited amount of students per time.

Retreat With Silvia & Catia

lucie beck, the food photography school

"Silvia had a lot of knowledge to share, real eye-openers. I especially liked that for each type of food she told me what I could pay attention to in terms of composition and use of colour.
After this session, my head was spinning from all the knowledge and I got a lot of energy from our session!"

Camila Saraceni, the food photography school

"I really recommend Silvia’s food styling and photography workshop. She is very professional in the way she teaches, showing every single detail while she set the scenes. This course really helped me to understand the rules of compositions, color theory, and especially how we can take advantage of a good scene to tell a story to the audience. Silvia is a generous person and I felt very welcome in her studio!"

where does this workshop take place?

The Curated Table is a 4 day visual branding and food storytelling retreat in the Italian countryside, in collaboration with Catia Lemmi and Valentina Solfrini. It is a unique opportunity to step away from the busyness of the daily life and get immersed into an intimate and intensive creative journey away from the noise of your demanding life.

Catia’s incredibly beautiful and eccentric studio is a place that I love dearly, where writers and artists take their year break to embrace creativity at an other level. Here we share with you the whole of our professional experiences, and we focus on your own visual self-discovery and creativity growth with unwavering support and care. This retreat is also great if you run a small business and looking to nurture your creativity and jazz up your social media presence.

The Curated Table

Marika Bianca, the retreat

"In a word, magic. That's what describes the retreat best. From the moment of my arrival in Vagli Sotto, I felt as though I’d stepped into a dream, hallmarked by crisp mountain air, distant birdsong, and the narrow cobblestone streets that trace the vasculature of this quiet village. The ethereal Valentina, Sylvia, with her quiet wisdom and nurturing, patient spirit, and Catia, with her big energy, sharp-witted humour and zest for life. From the invaluable peek behind the curtains at their process to Catia’s fairy-tale studio, the magical village that hosted us and the out-of-this-world food—resplendent from both a visual and culinary perspective—they created an experience that was equal parts inspiring, illuminating and sensual."

ivana Jindrichova, the retreat

"This's so much more than a classic food photography course, This retreat completely changed my point of view on photography and more. Here I met teachers who are a hundred percent ready for you, your questions, and wishes. I came home so motivated and excited, and I already can see how much my photography has improved. It has been one of the best decisions I made in my career and life."
